Our Mission Statement

At Woodlands House we believe in the primacy of our residents and their needs - this alone drives everything that we do and underpins our core philosophy of caring for residents as unique individuals.


Woodlands House provides accommodation for 30 residents, male and female in single ensuite rooms and double ensuite rooms.

For rest and relaxation Woodlands House provides a range of rooms including dining room, lounge, sun room.

The Team

Woodlands House is run by a fantastic team of nurses and care assistants. 

To ensure a comprehensive and consistent quality of service to residents, 30 staff are employed across the different skillsets.

About Us

Woodlands House has been serving as a nursing home since 1996. We provide a comprehensive range of care and can meet needs of residents varying from low level mobility and independent living issues to high level care needs for those who may be disorientated.

Some residents of Woodlands recently participated in a project organised by Nursing Homes Ireland in which they discussd their experiences, philosophy of life and general words of wisdaom.
